To be successful, the Police Department must also have a strong and trustful relationship with our community. Mt. Airy’s relationship is built upon the foundation of our “Community Oriented Policing” philosophy that establishes a strong partnership with the community we serve.

Our mandate is to do so with honor and integrity, while at all time conducting ourselves with the highest ethical standards to maintain public confidence.
